The Winners are:
Oratorical Girl Winners: The Frederick Optimist Club held their Oratorical Contest on March 20, 2004. The winners are pictured from left to right, Victoria Pugh, second place winner, received a $50 savings bond, Arlan Blyler, Program Chair, Jessica Mellott, first place winner, received a $100 savings bond, and Grace Romanelli, third place winner, received a $50 savings bond.  The first place winner will compete at the zone level on April 4, 2004, with the opportunity  to win a trip to Ocean City to compete in the district level contest. The winners are pictured from left to right, Ted Dacey, second place winner, received a $50 saving bond, Brian Roby, first place winner, received a $100 saving bond, and Dominic Baxley, third place winner, received a $50 savings bond. The first place winner will compete at the zone level on April 4, 2004, with the oportunity to win a trip to Ocean City to compete in the district level contest. The winners will go on to the Zone competition, with the Zone winners advancing to the District competition to be held in Ocean City.
